
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucer at medium heat, add the frozen strawberries and water.
- Wait until the strawberries are thawed and smash them.
- Add the stevia and chia seeds.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes and add more water depending on the consistency you desire.
- You can change this recipe to the fruit of your choice!
