  • Mechanisms: Ceruletide A5, a pineal-derived bioregulator, is associated with neurogenesis. Glutathione reduces oxidative stress and supports synaptic function.
  • Clinical Rationale: For early cognitive decline, peripheral neuropathy, sleep regulation, and circadian rhythm support. It has also shown promise in our case experience for modulating tinnitus.

  • Key Components: Orforglipron (oral GLP-1), L-carnitine, L-pyroglutamate.
  • Mechanisms: GLP-1 agonism reduces appetite and improves glycemic control. Carnitine facilitates fatty acid transport.
  • Clinical Rationale: For structured weight management programs, paired with resistance training and protein adequacy to prevent lean mass loss.

GLP Support Capsule: Counteracting GLP-1 Side Effects

  • Key Components: MitoQ, mito-IRBP19 (bitter melon-derived peptide), resveratrol, ginger root, green tea extract with caffeine.
  • Mechanisms: MitoQ addresses fatigue. Ginger mitigates GI upset. Resveratrol supports lean mass.
  • Clinical Rationale: Attenuates muscle wasting (“Ozempic face/body”), GI discomfort, and fatigue associated with GLP-1 therapies.

Revolutionizing Hair Restoration and Aesthetic Wellness

Non-surgical solutions for hair loss and skin aging are at the forefront of regenerative medicine. We leverage peptides, growth factors, and advanced topicals to stimulate the body’s innate healing processes.

From Telogen to Anagen: The Science of Hair Restoration

Hair thinning and shedding, often driven by post-viral telogen effluvium or metabolic changes, require a dual approach: local scalp signaling and systemic support. Our goal is to shift hair follicles from the telogen (resting) phase to the anagen (growth) phase.

  • GHK-Cu and DHT Signaling: We utilize GHK-Cu, a copper tripeptide that promotes angiogenic and anti-inflammatory effects. Evidence suggests it also modulates androgen signaling pathways related to hair miniaturization, offering a non-hormonal, cosmetic-class option to support follicle health (Farris et al., 2014; Pickart & Margolina, 2018).
  • PDRN and K-Beauty Innovation: Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), derived from salmon DNA, is a powerful cosmetic ingredient from South Korea. It works at a cellular level to repair damaged skin, boost collagen, and reduce inflammation, making it excellent for both hair and skin protocols.
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP): For deeper rejuvenation, we use PRP microneedling (the “Vampire Facial”). This procedure uses the patient’s own concentrated growth factors to stimulate collagen and improve skin and scalp health. Research suggests PRP may improve hair density in selected patients (Gupta et al., 2019).

Cosmetic Peptide Synergy for Skin Health

  • Topical SNAP-8: We use topical SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), which targets the SNARE complex involved in facial muscle contraction. While less potent than botulinum toxin, it can safely reduce the appearance of fine lines, with many users seeing visible smoothing within minutes.
