Biotransformation, previously known as detox, is a great way to reset the body. There are different forms of biotransformation out there, ranging from 6 days to 30 days. It is recommended to clean the body out and perform biotransformation twice a year, or every 6 months. Just as Fred Foreman states, it takes your body and it starts to clean everything out. This is in reference to all of the leftover waste that has been compiled in the colon. If there is excess waste in the colon or any part of the body for that matter, it begins to get reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. With this, we start to see problems such as inflammation, headaches and feeling overall crummy. Biotransformation uses a combination of shakes, clean food, all-natural supplements, and drops to get the body back to optimal function. These foods and all-natural supplements are designed to replenish the body with the essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrition it might have been lacking. In addition to this, by replacing quick food or junk food with these healthy substitutes you’re body will start to feel refreshed and perform better. Fred Foreman uses a great analogy when he compares taking care of your body to taking care of a car. There are cheaper ways to do things and fuel it with, but when it comes down to it, if you want it to run for a long time with minimal problems, the quality of what you put inside matters. The body best functions when not just the stomach is full but when the cells are full. The cells need a variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Biotransformation might not be easy at first, just because the first two days are usually an adjustment period due to the fact that what you eat daily might have to change. The biotransformation Dr. Alexander Jimenez provides his patients with is extremely high quality and comes with an easy and convenient book that shows patients exactly what foods to buy and eat during their journey and what foods to avoid. – Kenna Vaughn, Senior Health Coach

Name is Fred Foreman, and I’m a club traveling basketball coach here in El Paso.

Well, the detox, it was a little bit taxing getting used to it, but after a couple of days it started working out for me. You know, it’s a combination of drops and capsules, tablets to sort of get yourself going and yet you’re basically cleansing your body and starting to take out all the processed foods that you normally eat and you start going more raw and more clean.

I always compare it to a car. If you’ve got a car, you want to sit up here, most people just go and get the cheapest stuff on it. But if you want to actually take it, clean it, take care of your car. You want to go to supreme stuff like that. It’s almost like put a supreme in your body. Now you’re starting and clean out all that gunk thats in it. You can see it start seeing that difference to performance. Like I said, the energy levels started to rise because I do basketball on a regular basis with kids. I’m able to just run back and forth with them. They look like..oh..hold on…OK. You keeping up with this type of thing? Just the energy and everything. Performance, a whole outlook. Emotion, outlook to a degree changes as well. You know how you might be having a day where you don’t really want to do anything? Or is cloudy outside? Well, by taking these changes and going on inside your body, it’s almost like it cleanses that part of your body as well. The emotional, the spirit whenever you want to call it. If you in a certain position in life where you’ve put on the weight or you’ve done this, that,  and other, you didn’t get there overnight. So it’s a process. So with that process, it’s the same process and getting healthy. If you’re looking to make a change, you just need something to get you going. This would be one of those perfect avenues to get you there.
